/ The idea
On a terraced olive slope above a quiet cove on Mallorca's northwest coast, we have designed eleven residences around a single idea: shade. Deep stone loggias, courtyards and pergolas turn the island's light into something you can live in.
Designed by our London studio and built with Mallorcan stonemasons, every home is set into the old terrace walls, so the development reads from the sea as part of the hillside rather than on top of it.
